Read to Someone

Today we learned a Daily Five choice called Read to Someone!  The children did a terrific job!  We learned about sitting "EEKK" (elbow to elbow, knee to knee) and how to pick a partner. We also talked about using nice words and facial expressions when asking and answering friends. 

We also practiced our cutting. The children are working on slowing down and staying on the lines. We added shapes we colored and cut to a shape book. 

I am very proud of how hard they work and try their best!
