Davis Farmland Trip

The children had a blast at the farm. We enjoyed learning about all the animals, touching them and exploring most of the day!  They were exhausted by the end of the trip! We would like to thank everyone for making our trip a success and LINK for providing us with the money to pay for transportation!  Here are pictures from  the farm!
On our way to the farm!
Listening to Farmer Moo-riah and the farm rules.
Petting goats and sheep.  We learned that one way to tell them apart is that the goats hold their tails up and a sheep holds his tail down.
Going on a hayride!

A deer's antler. Wow look how big it is!
Sofia found a sleepy little guy!
Feeding the animals.
Touching a Milk Snake.
Watching and touching a tortoise!

More Animals to feed. They were hungry this morning.
They loved the soft, fluffy kitten.

He's still sleeping in the warm sun!

These little piglets were born on May 17th. They were so adorable!
Petting the piglet. He was very soft.
Touching an Emu's egg. It was an empty egg.
Stopping to enjoy a little snack so we could explore some more!

On the slides.
Future Firefighters, here they come!
Quentin loved the tractor!
The kids loved the new and improved dramatic play areas. Here they are in the pizza shop. Cooking, cleaning and serving some hot pizza!
Chelsea holding a baby goat.

Gavin got a wiggly little guy.

Go kart fun!

The end of a beautiful day!  We learned a lot and had a great time exploring the farm!

We had a great time!
