We had a good week! Sorry for the delay in posting.
I had a family 95th birthday celebration this weekend away from home.
Enjoy the pictures below!
Practicing writing "frog jumper" letters capital E & F.
Working to find different ways to make 5 by circling number combinations that make 5!
Strengthening fine motor skills with tongs, rice & beads.
We then sorted and answered math questions.
Matching capital and lower case letters on the apple trees.
Afterwards we practiced letter naming and sounds.
Choice time activities. Having fun with friends creating with playdo and building with geoblocks.
Testing out the flexible seating options in the class. They love them!
Practicing numbers 0-8 this week! Here are two magnificent 7's.
A fabulous 5!
Ticket to snack was writing numbers 1-5 on the easel or white board. They did a terrific job!
I am sad that I forgot to take a picture of our marble party celebration! The childeren looked super cute in their jammies and loved having their furry friend with them throughout the day! We will just have to earn another one so we can get a picture next time! They also had a chance to explore the games on the ipads during choice time. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We do not have school next Friday due to teacher professional development. Can't wait to see all we do this week!
