We had a busy week with a snow day,
celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday & Community Reading Day!
Enjoy some of our pictures from the week!
Community Reading Day
Thank you Mrs. Keefe or "Grandma Keefe" as two very special students call you!
We loved having you and listening to a Dr. Seuss story.
Dr. Seuss Day 2!
We listened to Bartholomew and the Oobleck and then made some oobleck of our own to explore. We talked about whether we thought it was a liquid or a solid. We also talked about the things we noticed about the cool substance! Easy to make but a bit mess!
The facial expressions are great! Most of them loved it!
Math with Mr. Flournoy
Class reader coupon. Addison turned in a class reader coupon
and read a great book about kindness
Friday afternoon we decided to have a game day. The kids loved it. Along with learning some new games the children practiced some important skills such as taking turns, using kind words, attending, and being a good sport.
Green Eggs & Ham sight word game
