Observing, recording and releasing the butterflies! The children were excited to find the butterflies had hatched over the weekend! All 6 survived and were set free!
You can see the excitement in their faces. I just caught the edge of the butterfly as it flew away!
Making 2D & 3D shapes with toothpicks and clay! The children loved this activity and spent two math sessions exploring!
Who can build the tallest tower with 50 marshmallows and 50 tooth picks? Ms. Hainey challenged the students to plan and attack this challenge!
